If has this issue I'd highly recommend re-lubing the slip yoke. Thankfully, it was under and extended ESP warranty and only cost me $50. The slip joints that have grease zerks on it get plain ole grease. Customers may also comment that the bump feel or clunk is noticed after the vehicle has come to a complete stop and that it feels as if the vehicle was bumped from behind.
